As the head of the personnel department, do you believe that the company maintains gender equality in its recruitment and promotion systems? Could you share some changes?

 Ms. Han: Currently, women make up 40.91% of our front-line manufacturing workforce, and the proportion of women in management roles is as high as 62.5%. These figures reflect our unwavering commitment to the "Equal Talent Development Program". From hiring to advancement, we guarantee that female employees receive the same opportunities for growth and development as their male colleagues.

 Ms. Han: The company is committed to providing female employees with meaningful opportunities for skill development. Our company assesses training candidates through competency evaluations, job requirement alignment, and performance data, significantly reducing the impact of subjective biases. Training sessions are primarily scheduled during weekday hours to minimize the constraints of family responsibilities.
